Banquet Guidelines Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub’s Gharrity Room is a private banquet facility that can accommodate 10 to 70 people with its’ private bar for sit-down, buffet and appetizer style functions. A $100 deposit is required to reserve the Gharrity Room. Groups up to 20 people have the option of pre-selecting a menu or ordering off the regular dinner menu with no pre-count of food selections required. Groups of 30 or more are asked to choose up to 2 of the following menu selections with a pre-count of each item provided to Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub at least 72 hours prior to the event. Buffet options are also available for groups of 30 to 50. Pre-Order Banquet Menu (Other specialty entrees available upon request) Dessert options are available through Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub. If a sheet cake is brought in it must come from a State inspected bakery and a $1.50 per person fee will be charged which includes supplying china and silverware, cutting and serving the cake.
