Throughout our menu, beginning in our appetizer section, you will find various half-order menu options. Please keep in mind when ordering the half order portions that they have been created for those with truly smaller appetites.

A generous portion of ten crisp wings served with Gorgonzola cheese dressing and celery sticks. Choice of Buffalo, Honey Dijon.
Blue Crab Cakes

100% real blue crab claw meat folded in a seasoned potato mixture with peppers and onions. Sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and served with a lemon dill cream sauce.
Fried Cheese Curds $6.99
One half pound of lightly breaded white cheddar curds fried until golden brown.
Bruschetta $7.99
Thick sliced Italian bread layered with Montrachet goat cheese, diced roma tomatoes and seasoned with garlic. Topped with melted Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Deviled Eggs $2.99
Farm fresh local organic eggs hardboiled to perfection. Filled with a creamy deviled egg mixture and garnished with domestic caviar.
Mushroom Mornay $8.99
Fresh sauteed button mushrooms simmered in a flavorful sherry wine sauce.
Topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and baked until golden brown.
Spicy Steak Bites $10.99
Tender USDA choice mini medallions of beef seasoned with a spicy steak seasoning and pan seared.
Houligans Lobster Bake $14.99
Sweet lobster meat sauteed with portabella mushrooms and shallots. Simmered in a sherry wine mustard cream sauce. Topped with mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses and baked until golden brown.
Just Local Combo Plate $14.99
A combination platter of smoked trout, deviled eggs, cheese and summer sausage all from local sources. Served with bread and a homemade red pepper aoili.

Organically grown spring greens tossed in our own draft ale vinaigrette dressing with sundried cranberries and candied pecans.
