A generous portion of ten crisp wings served with Gorgonzola cheese dressing and celery sticks. Choice of Buffalo, Honey Dijon.
Blue Crab Cakes
full order (4 cakes) $9.99 Half order (2 cakes) $5.99
100% real blue crab claw meat folded in a seasoned potato mixture with peppers and onions. Sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and served with a lemon dill cream sauce.
Fried Cheese Curds $6.99
One half pound of lightly breaded white cheddar curds fried until golden brown.
Bruschetta $7.99
Thick sliced Italian bread layered with Montrachet goat cheese, diced roma tomatoes and seasoned with garlic. Topped with melted Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Mushroom Mornay $8.99
Fresh sautéed button mushrooms simmered in a flavorful sherry wine sauce.
Topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and baked until golden brown.
Spicy Steak Bites $10.99 Tender USDA choice mini medallions of beef seasoned with a spicy steak seasoning and pan seared.
Mussels $12.99 One pound of mussels steamed in a tomato saffron broth with fresh garlic and white wine.

Houligans House Salad $4.99
A wonderful combination of organically grown spring greens, kalamata olives, diced roma tomatoes, croutons, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and crumbled blue cheeses. Tossed in Houligans homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Ale Salad $4.99
Organically grown spring greens tossed in our own draft ale vinaigrette dressing with sundried cranberries and candied pecans.
Chipotle Ranch $4.99 A crisp romaine lettuce salad topped with toasted proscuitto ham, gorgonzola crumbles, diced tomato and croutons. Served with a Chipotle ranch dressing.
Caesar salad $4.99
A classic combination of crisp romaine lettuce combined with Parmesan cheese, croutons, kalamata olives, diced roma tomatoes, and a creamy garlic dressing.
